RETURN POLICY
As most items are made to order I cannot accept refunds. In some circumstances an exchange or store credit will be possible.
Custom orders are non-refundable / non-exchangeable so please make sure you are happy with all details and sizing before I start making your piece. If an item was to be damaged in delivery, I am happy to replace it upon return.
Wear and tear will not be eligible for refund.
SHIPPING
Deliveries are made with signed for/trackable services through Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched
All items are shipped from the UK. For international orders the customer will be responsible for any potential customs fees.
Dispatch will take between 2-4 weeks from receipt of payment.
Please do specify if you need the item for a specific date and I will do what I can to accommodate that.
